This summer’s HIIT (high intensity interval training) series is a fun way to feel empowered, get out of your comfort zone, and get a good workout! Not only will the exercise take your breath away, but this park has the best Downtown Dallas Skyline views. It is picture perfect! The only thing you need is a yoga mat! Before we begin, stop by the “braid-bar” and get your hair nicley done so you can be worry free about it throughout the workout! Join us for a morning of yoga with the goats of North Texas Goat Yoga! Our little goats will be bouncing, grazing and hanging out with (or on) you as you enjoy the benefits of yoga. We offer a fun relaxing yoga experience for all levels with the added joy of friendly little goats! Our classes start with a 45 minute goat yoga lesson and end with 30 minutes of playtime and picture taking with the goats.
