Easter in the Park

This year Easter in the Park is Easter Sunday from 1:00-4:00pm. Bring a blanket and a picnic basket, relax and enjoy the beauty of the Park. Come see the Conservancy Pooch Parade, adopt your new best friend from Dallas Animal Services, SPCA, and other rescue groups, a free Easter egg hunt sponsored by Texas Capital Bank for children up to 10 years old, and photos with the Easter Bunny.

Ellis County Fair

THE TRADITION STARTS NOW!The Ellis County Youth Expo presents the first-ever Ellis County Fair! The fair will include vendor booths, children activities, expo show, chili cook-off, beer garden, carnival, junior rough stock rodeo, adult UPRA rodeo, live concerts, and much more!

TV Show Dallas 40th Year Reunion 

Party like a Ewing at this exciting 40th anniversary reunion celebration at the iconic Longhorn Ballroom, the filming location for many of the series’ original bar scenes. Live entertainment by country favorite Neal McCoy, food and drink, and interviews with the cast moderated by the popular Jody Dean from Dallas’ KLUV radio. There’s DALLAS trivia, sponsored by the Dallas Film Society, for a chance to win  prizes.

Adult Easter Egg Hunt

Commerce Street Night Market: Taste of Asia

 

It’s the 3rd annual Commerce Street Night Market series that brings together local artists, creatives, and emerging business owners on the last Friday of each month from 6-10pm! Enjoy bites, refreshing drinks, outdoor games, and live music while shopping. Market theme for March is Asia: food, vendors, and activities from countries across Asia.

Dallas Comedy Festival 2018

Good Friday in the Park

Victorian Eggstravaganza and Spring Festival

Grab your baskets! Plano’s biggest historic Easter Egg Hunt takes place Saturday March 31st at the Heritage Farmstead Museum. Children are invited to hunt for more than 5,000 eggs on the Museum’s Lawn and in the North Meadow. The Museum grounds will be sectioned off into age-appropriate areas so everyone, including toddlers, will have an opportunity to participate. Museum gates open at 10:00 a.m.  Children are encouraged to bring their own Easter baskets.

Easter Bacon Hunt!

It’s the 4th annual Easter Bacon Hunt! Why shouldn’t dogs get an Easter hunt, after all, they’re people too! Plus, the proceeds benefit rescue dogs, so it’s a win-win!There will be a costume contest, so bring your dog out in their Sunday best to win prizes and take pictures with the Easter Bunny! The Snackin’ Waggin’ will also be there for you to pick up your dog’s favorite treats and an Easter basket of course!

DFW Fine Spirits Festival
