Jermaine Brown of Julia Pearl Southern Cuisine and Oliver Sitrin of The Blind Butcher are facing off Wednesday evening, each one expected to make something great. Contest moderator and celebrity chef Kent Rathbun offers a bit of advice to the warriors: “Stay focused on the food, even though you’re in front of hundreds of people.”
